Return Policy

All mouthpiece sales are considered final. Sparring gear may only be returned for an exchange in size and only if it has not been worn, altered or damaged. All original tags must be be intact and attached. Sparring gear must be returned with all original and undamaged packaging with attached tags intact within 7 days of receipt.

If your purchased item has a flaw in workmanship we will exchange it for another item of the same style, size and color provided that the returned item has not been worn, soiled, washed, altered or damaged. Please contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange or credit. Please note that clearance items may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the item.

Please contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Sharkwear Sports. Any items received by Sharkwear Sports without an approved RMA will be returned to the customer. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges.

What happened to the Sharkwear sparring uniforms?
Sharkwear Sports has discontinued its line of sparring uniforms and so they are no longer available for purchase.

How do I select my correct sizing?
Please review our online sizing chart. If in doubt between two sizes, especially for children, we recommend ordering the larger size. If you still have questions, contact us.

I own a Martial Arts / Karate School. Can I get wholesale pricing?
Yes, verified school owners who wish to sell gear to their students can qualify for wholesale pricing. To set up a relationship, please contact us or create an account including your business name and sales tax ID and we will contact you with the remaining information. Sharkwear Sports reserves the right to not do business with anyone it feels is not acting in good faith in its business relationship with Sharkwear Sports

What other types of partnerships do you have?
Sharkwear Sports offers several partnership arrangements to allow you to conduct your business as you are most comfortable. The various partnerships are detailed on the Partnerships page.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most sparring gear orders ship the same day. Domestic orders ship via Priority Mail and usually arrive in 1-3 days. International orders should arrive in 6-10 business days but please allow for international shipping delays that could result in longer delivery times. Custom uniforms ship Priority Mail in approximately 4-6 weeks.

Payment Methods
What are your accepted payment methods?
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

Can I pay with a check or money order?
Yes, you may make payment by personal check, certified check, or money order in U.S. currency only. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and fill out your billing/shipping information. You do not have to enter a credit card to get to this point. Print out the confirmation page with your order and the shipping rates and mail that information to us with your payment. DO NOT SEND CASH! Please note that orders mailed to us require a longer processing time than those placed on our website. Our mailing address is:

Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders being shipped to a Colorado address are charged sales tax. If you are a tax exempt organization, please contact us at 720-496-6958 for assistance. We will ask you to email or fax us a copy of your tax exempt certificate and you can place the order with us over the phone.

What are your shipping costs?
We ship USPS Priority Mail or other ground carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) as appropriate and have very competitive rates. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

International Orders
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. If your country is not in our drop-down list, we are unable to ship orders to that country. We ship orders via UPS to Canada and International Priority Mail to the EU. You will receive a tracking number when your orders ships. Most orders should arrive within 6-10 business days but could take longer due to customs or other delays.

Non-delivery of international orders
Please note that by having an order delivered to an international address, you take responsibility for the shipment once it leaves U.S. Customs. We are not responsible for non-delivery or lost shipments after they leave U.S. Customs. Please note you are also responsible for all fees imposed by your country's customs or government agencies for delivery of your order.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my international order?
Orders shipped outside of the US will almost always be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. Unfortunately, Sharkwear Sports has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.

In order for Sharkwear Sports to process your international order, you agree to the following agreement by placing your order: You will be responsible for any tariffs etc. levied by your country. We suggest you check before placing your order as to what they might be by calling your local customs agency.

Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will still be charged for the products and all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Sharkwear Sports.
